you know it, you just can't find it
The inbox is full, the receipts are spread over three folders, and the schedule lives in someone's head. Not because you're sloppy, but because every project has found its own place.
Working harder doesn't help. Putting it all in one place does.
set it up, build on it, let the work run through it
set up the system
One working environment for everything that is scattered now: your projects, your numbers, your agreements and your planning. Not another tool, but the place where it comes together.
build what follows
Boards in Monday, budgets, overviews, and the links between your mail, your bookkeeping and your planning. Built on what you already use, not on what I happen to like.
let the day to day run through it
Administration, follow-up and production go into the system and come back handled. You keep the decisions, the work around them is no longer yours to remember.
it remembers how your business works
Inside the system sits an AI partner with memory. It knows your companies, your preferences and your agreements, and it works inside the tools you already use: your mail, your calendar, your boards, your bookkeeping.
That's the means. The promise is simpler: on Monday morning you know where you stand.
What I build becomes part of your own business. I hand all of it over, unless we agree otherwise.
you'll be talking to Stef Steffens
blckbox was never designed as a product. I built it for my own companies, and only later did it turn out to work elsewhere too.
So you won't be talking to an account manager.
industry, administration, festivals
- EKI
- Industrial manufacturer since 1875. Machinery, breakdowns, safety equipment and budget moving into one system. Built since September, live in November.
- ZeroBPM
- Every invoice on the right ledger account, a chart of 138 accounts, and the festival production on the same boards.
- Papierfabriek Nijmegen
- Six halls on an old industrial site, 15,000 m2 together. From permit process to planning.
- Drift and Smaakmarkt
- Co-owner and producer. Drift up to its final edition in June, Smaakmarkt every summer. What I sell, I used here first.
one hour, no sales pitch
You tell me what's running and where it gets stuck. I tell you what I would do and what it costs. Every job is different, so there is no price list, but after that hour you know whether this is for you.
